Privacy Policy
Last revised on September 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Coconut Group Inc. d/b/a Stevens (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you for the website stevens.app and its subdomains (the “Website”), Stevens’ AI-powered dining concierge, any related applications, and any services, content, tools, features and functionality offered on or through them (collectively, the “Services”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, in which case we will update the “Last Revised” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes to how we use or disclose information we collect, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by emailing the address associated with your Account, and will take any additional steps required by applicable law.
Collection and use of information
When you use or access the Services, we collect certain categories of information about you from a variety of sources. We use this information to provide, develop, and improve the Services, including to understand your requests, plan and complete tasks on your behalf (which may include contacting restaurants or your guests on your behalf), generate responses and suggestions based on the context of your prior interactions, communicate with you, measure and analyze performance, enhance the safety and security of our Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect our rights and the rights of others. We do not sell your information or disclose it to data brokers.
Information you directly provide us
Some features of the Services require you to directly provide us with information. This may include:
- Contact details, such as your name, phone number, and email address, and those of your guests. We use this information to create and maintain your Account, provide the Services, and communicate with you and, on your behalf, your guests.
- Payment information, such as card information and billing address, collected through a third-party payment processor, used to process payment for the Services.
- Dining preferences, such as dietary restrictions, seating preferences, and restaurant history, used to plan and book reservations on your behalf.
- Any other information you choose to include when you communicate with Stevens or with us.
Information collected through your use of the Services
The Services include an AI concierge that acts on your behalf, should you choose to engage it. To do so, it is designed to have access, depending on the permissions you grant, to information you share with it — for example, guest lists, calendar availability, and the content of the messages you ask it to send or that it exchanges with a restaurant or your guests on your behalf. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include information that is considered sensitive, such as dietary or health-related restrictions you share so that a reservation can accommodate them, or payment information you provide so that Stevens can complete a booking on your behalf.
We use information collected through your use of the Services to develop and improve our products, including to evaluate, fine-tune, and train the AI models that power the Services. If you do not want us to use your information to train AI models, you can opt out by contacting privacy@stevens.app. Even if you opt out, we may still use information for AI model training when it is flagged for safety review, to improve our ability to detect harmful content, enforce our policies, or advance our safety research. This opt-out applies on a go-forward basis to model training only; we may still use AI models previously trained, fine-tuned, or improved using your information prior to your opting out.
The Services and the concierge are not a professional advisor. You should not rely on Stevens for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Information collected from Connected Services
If you choose to connect a third-party account or service to the Services — such as a calendar, a messaging provider, or a restaurant reservation platform — we receive the information that provider shares with us about your account and your use of its service, and we use that information to provide the Services, including so the concierge can take actions on your behalf. Our use of information from any such Connected Service will comply with that provider’s own developer terms and data policies. You may revoke our access to a Connected Service at any time by contacting support@stevens.app, though disconnecting a Connected Service does not automatically delete data we already collected from it; you can request that deletion using the same contact.
Information we collect automatically
We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”), which we use to tailor features and content, develop and improve the Services, run analytics, and better understand how the Services are used.
- Usage information, such as which features you use and how you interact with the Services.
- Location information, such as your approximate or precise location, should you choose to share it.
- Log and device data, including IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, time zone, and date and time stamps.
Information collected from other sources
We may obtain information about you from outside sources, including third parties you choose to connect to the Services, and login integrations such as Google or Apple sign-in, which may share your profile and email address with us. Any information we receive from outside sources is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us by third parties, nor for their own privacy practices.
Deidentified information
We may deidentify or anonymize your information such that it cannot reasonably be used to infer information about you or be linked to you (“deidentified information”), or we may collect information that has already been deidentified, and we may use deidentified information for any purpose. We will not attempt to re-identify such information, except to determine whether our deidentification process satisfies legal requirements.
Cookies and other tracking technologies
We and third parties automatically collect certain Usage Data about your interactions with the Website through cookies, pixels, or similar tracking technologies. This information is collected to tailor your experience with the Services and run analytics. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can typically configure your browser to block or delete them; doing so may cause some features of the Services to work incorrectly. Our Website is not currently designed to respond to browser-based “do not track” signals.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your information to third parties subject to this Privacy Policy, including the following categories:
- Our affiliates or others within our corporate group.
- Vendors and service providers who help us provide the Services, including for hosting, payment processing, communications, security, and analytics.
- Third-party AI model providers who help power the Services.
- Restaurants, reservation platforms, and other third parties with whom the Services interact on your behalf, including autonomously — for example, when Stevens books a table for you.
- Third parties to whom you direct us to disclose information, such as a connected integration.
- Parties to an actual or prospective business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition.
- Professional advisors, such as auditors, law firms, or accounting firms.
We may also disclose your information for legal and security reasons, including to cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory inquiries, detect and prevent fraud or illegal activity, exercise or defend legal claims, and protect the safety and security of our business, employees, and users.
Third-party websites and links
We may provide links to third-party websites, restaurants, or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site or service before providing it with information.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about a child under 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete it. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, contact us using the information below to request deletion.
Data security
Despite our reasonable efforts to protect your information, no security measure is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” The autonomous features of the concierge present additional considerations, because it can take actions on your behalf based on the permissions you grant — including the possibility of unintended actions or communications, incorrect or incomplete Output, and interactions with third parties who may attempt to give it misleading instructions. We encourage you to review Actions taken by Stevens and remain attentive to these considerations while using the Services. Any information you send us electronically may not be secure while in transit; we recommend that you avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured channels.
SMS and phone communications
Information about how we may contact you or your guests by phone or text message in connection with the Services is described in the Terms of Service. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting privacy@stevens.app.
How to contact us
